		For this project we offer special pricing for a 2-inch wood blind in Natural Douglas Fir colour to maintain a consistent appearance for the exterior of the complex, and blend with the colour of the existing interior woodwork in the homes.
The full service package we offer owners at Alpine Greens includes: on-site check measuring, delivery, removal of old blinds and installation of your new blinds combined with a five year on-site warranty, at prices lower than the cash and carry prices of our competitors.
As of January, 2008 we have upgraded 24 of the homes in this development with these wood venetian blinds.   For owners who do not wish to use 2-inch wood blinds for their home, we do have other options available. There are however some strata bylaw restrictions in place with regards to window covering options in this development, and it is the owner's responsibility to assure that the alternative window covering they choose complies with the existing strata bylaws.   If your suite is in a rental pool, we will coordinate blind installation with your rental manager to do our work on a checkout day during the time between one guest leaving and the next arriving to avoid any loss of rental revenue.

Aspens on Blackcomb - Slopeside Condominiums on Blackcomb Mountain Whistler, BC, Canada
		For this project we have developed a natural wood stain colour to match the woodwork stain colour used by the builder when constructing the building.

As of June, 2008 we have installed our 2-inch wood or Faux wood blinds in over 220 windows in this development.   We have a special wood stain colour for our real wood (basswood) blinds that was developed for the original developer of this property and blends especially well with the woodwork in the suite.   If your suite is in a rental pool, we will coordinate blind installation with your rental manager to do our work on a checkout day during the time between one guest leaving and the next arriving to avoid any loss of rental revenue.

Blackcomb Greens on the Chateau Whistler Golf Course Whistler, BC, Canada
		In response to a request from a client, we developed a custom slat colour for our Signature Series 2-inch wood blind to match perfectly to the colour of the woodwork in these homes. This custom colour is now available to any homeowner in this development at no extra cost.
For this project we offer a full service package, which includes: on-site check measuring, delivery, removal of old blinds and installation of your new blinds combined with a five year on-site warranty, at prices lower than the cash and carry prices of our competitors.

Blackcomb Woods - Townhomes on the Chateau Whistler Golf Course Whistler, BC, Canada
	A custom colour of our Signature Series 2-inch wood blinds was prepared to match the woodwork in these homes, and supplied to the developer for the sixteen three bedroom homes located adjacent to the Chateau Whistler Golf Course. Subsequently, other owners within the development have purchased these blinds as an upgrade, and the blinds are still available in the custom colour to match the woodwork in the homes.

Englewood Green - Townhomes at Nicklaus North Whistler, BC, Canada
		Our Signature Series 2-inch Wood window blinds were offered as an optional upgrade to these homes. We produced a custom stain colour to blend with the woodwork in the homes, and this upgrade was purchased by nine of the new homeowners.  This upgrade and the custom colour is still available to current owners at Englewood Green.

	The owners of this exclusive Whistler chalet choose our Signature Series 2-inch basswood venetian blinds in Douglas Fir colour.   The blinds blend beautifully with the woodwork in the chalet while providing light control and privacy functions.

Forest Creek - Townhomes on the Chateau Whistler Golf Course Whistler, BC, Canada
	The developer choose our Signature Series 2-inch wood blinds for the window treatment in these fine homes nestled amongst old growth forest along the Chateau Whistler Golf Course.

Glacier Lodge - Condominium Hotel Whistler, BC, Canada
		This building has strata bylaws in place that restrict the colour of the window coverings you use. We offer three alternatives for upgrades, including California shutters, real wood (basswood) 2-inch venetian blinds or 2-inch Faux wood blinds.
			As of the spring of 2008, we have installed our shutters and blinds in over 30 windows in this lodge.   Here we offer a before and after view of a suite with our California shutters.   Shutters work especially well in bedrooms because of their superior room darkening capability.

Granite Court - Condominium Townhomes Whistler, BC, Canada
	For this project the developer choose our Select 1-inch aluminum mini blinds as the standard window treatment.   Our Signature Series 2-inch wood venetian blinds in Douglas Fir colour are a perfect match for the woodwork in these homes. As of February, 2008 we have supplied one home with these wood blinds, and continue to offer special pricing to owners who wish to upgrade to wood blinds.

Greystone Lodge- Condominium Hotel Whistler, BC, Canada
		Some suites in this project still have the original vertical blinds installed by the developer over ten years ago. The plastic components in the tracks have become brittle with age and are now at a point where they break very easily, resulting in on-going maintenance problems.   We offer special pricing for our Signature Series 2-inch wood Venetian blinds and 2-inch Faux wood blinds for this condo hotel.   As of the spring of 2008, our blinds have been installed over 20 suites in this building.
